I liked the Jian Bing (chinese crepe). It tasted exactly what I would each almost every morning back in China. What I didn’t understand was the piece of romain lettuce inside. The fried crisp was enough to add the crunchyness so the romain lettuce was unnecessary. The har gow was fine, the dough was too thick.

Perfect and no fuss. Great 豆腐脑 but I haven’t found anywhere else in Montreal that has it. They’re quite kind to me practicing my Chinese and don’t scoff at me when I have a 老外 accent. What more could one ask for?
